GriefShare is scheduled different times during the year. Each session of the 13-week group lasts approximately 1.5 hours and is comprised of three activities:

• a workbook with pertinent Scriptures and daily exercises to complete
• a 30 minute weekly video with commentary from GriefShare pastors and experts
• a round-table discussion
